A sample day for breakfast may be Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal or Pancakes; Lunch may be Pasta with Beef or Hearty Minestrone Soup; Dinner may be Cheese and Spinach Ravioli with Meat Sauce or Meatloaf and Tomato Sauce with Mashed Potatoes; for a snack you may choose a Chocolatey Nougat Bar with Peanuts and Caramel or Nacho Crisps. The selections available are sure to please!

With the meals you'll also have "possible additions" which means you can additional foods that you would need to purchase at your grocery. This could be light yogurt, fruits or vegetables.
