Foods You Can Eat
You will consume foods that are cultivated in a natural, organic way. You'll implement a wide selection of meat, vegetables, and fruit and remove foods that are considered tainted or unclean from your diet.
Foods that are not cultivated in an organic manner contain many different types of toxins such as pesticides, herbicides, processed proteins and hormones, and more!
If you are exposed to these toxins, they will eventually accumulate in the body and result in weight gain according to Jordan Rubin's research.
