Three Day Diet Plan
The Three Day Diet Plan is a fad diet and although it can be used for short term weight loss, it's not a healthy program.
About the Program
The 3 Day Diet is a low calorie diet with a set menu that you follow for 3 days and then go back to normal eating for 4 days. The claim is you can lose 10 pounds in 3 days if followed exactly. The theory is certain foods eaten together create a chemical reaction that burns fat and calories. During the 4 days you are off the diet you still have to maintain a low calorie, low fat diet to keep the weight off.
